Edenred is a leading digital platform for services and payments and the everyday companion for people at work, connecting 60 million users and 2 million partner merchants in 45 countries via close to 1 million corporate clients.
EdenRed embarked on an exciting end-of-year campaign, blending two of their best-selling products to offer a special deal. The campaign’s primary objective was to create a streamlined funnel where customers could easily access general product information and ultimately generate leads through a form submission.
Newsletter funnel
We’ve crafted a dedicated secondary page seamlessly linked with the newsletter, connecting with thousands of customer emails.
When customers receive our newsletter with enticing offer details, the primary call to action directs them to this streamlined page. Here, users encounter a minimalist hero section featuring a straightforward form, making it effortless for them to avail of the offer. Additionally, we’ve included an FAQ section and contact information to address any queries or concerns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our users.”
Navigation
Problem
The lack of information on the top navigation created confusion for the customer to find the product they want, and since the website is outdated, it has limited navigation on mobile version and it’s not optimized.
Solution
Our goal for this navigation is to eliminate the confusion for any user both member and new user. Simple explanation added so it’s easier for a user to understand each product category, and in a subcategory, we show all the product list with an explanation as well plus a product recommendation and entrance to the product funnel to guide them to the best suits insurance product.
